Job Summary

Leads team to make design choices and finalizes the design for recent feature development
Owns design, coding, unit/functional testing, integration and documentation activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines
Drives innovation and integration of recent technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.
Represents the software systems engineering team in all phases
Interacts with Individual Contributors, Managers, Program Core Teams and customers
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Key Responsibilities
To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery




To support as a Subject Matter Expert
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with current technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
