Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Management role located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and institutional guidelines, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The individual will handle HR records, prepare reports, coordinate training and development programs,



and collaborate with academic and administrative departments to meet workforce needs. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, supporting conflict resolution, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Experience in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs.Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and use of HR software or HRIS tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative working style.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in an educational or institutional setting is preferred but not mandatory.
