Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot And Resolve Client-Reported Issues In Kubernetes Clusters By Applying Best Practices And Established Troubleshooting Techniques, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Disruption To Services.
Provide Training Sessions For Current Team Members On Kubernetes Fundamentals, Support Processes, And Tools, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Development.
Conduct Knowledge Transition Sessions During Project Enhancements,



Ensuring Smooth Handovers And Comprehensive Knowledge Sharing Within The Support Team.
Document All Operational Processes And Methods For Ticket Resolution And Troubleshooting, Creating A Comprehensive Knowledge Base To Enhance Team Efficiency And Response Times.
Stay Updated On The Latest Advancements In Kubernetes And Related Technologies, Leveraging Current Knowledge To Improve Support Practices And Enhance Service Quality.

Skill Requirements
Solid Understanding Of Kubernetes Architecture And Its Components.
Familiarity With Containerization Concepts And Tools.
Basic Knowledge Of Devops Practices And Itsm Frameworks.
