Job Title: Decor Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Decor Designer to conceptualize and execute stunning wedding décor themes. The ideal candidate will have a robust design sense, knowledge of current wedding trends, and the ability to transform client visions into memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements, themes, and budget to create customized décor concepts.
Develop mood boards, design presentations, and layout plans for weddings and events.
Coordinate with vendors, florists, fabricators, and production teams for execution.
Select color palettes, materials, lighting, floral arrangements, and props.




Conduct site visits to assess venues and plan décor setups.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of décor on event days.
Stay updated with industry trends and cutting-edge design ideas.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in wedding/event décor or design.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, SketchUp is a plus).
Robust creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
