Job Summary
The Senior PMO Lead in PMO Operations is responsible for overseeing the project management office operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. This role involves leading a team of project management professionals, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pmo team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to project managers and team members.
Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools to improve project delivery and efficiency.
Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution of projects.




Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and project success.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Skill Requirements
Solid project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
In-depth understanding of project management methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the pmo and across project teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, make data driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.

Other Requirements
Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
