Job Summary
The IAM Scrum Master is responsible for driving Agile delivery across Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including IGA, PAM, SSO, and access governance programs. This role enables high‑performing, cross‑functional teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring compliance‑driven delivery, and aligning IAM outcomes with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. [Scrum_Master | PDF]
Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize IAM backlogs aligned to security, audit, and compliance needs. [ScrumMasterGuide | PDF]

Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn‑down, capacity)

Coordinate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and audit stakeholders to ensure timely and secure IAM releases.

Skill Requirements
5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, with experience in security or IAM programs. [Scrum_Master | PDF]
Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (IGA, PAM, RBAC, SoD, lifecycle management).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Other Requirements
