Role Description This Human Resources Consultant position is a contract, remote/work from home/hybrid role. The consultant will advise on HR policies and practices, support HR management processes, and help design and implement HR frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and updating HR policies, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves conducting HR audits, providing guidance on workforce planning, and supporting training programs related to HR best practices.



The consultant will also collaborate with leadership and staff to resolve HR challenges and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting or leading HR initiatives.Ability to design, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and stakeholder communication.Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise on regulatory matters.Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in HR are an advantage.Experience as an HR consultant or HR business partner, preferably within educational, training, or consulting environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.Robust interpersonal and communication abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively in office with diverse teams in Dhanbad.
