Job Summary
The Technical Lead for DevOps Solutions at HCL will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of DevOps practices, Python development, and version control using GitHub. The role involves leading a team to ensure productive software development, deployment, and automation processes. The engineer need to be strong in Python and would be working on Perforce to GIT migration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of devops practices within the organization
Develop and maintain python scripts for automation and integration purposes
Manage version control systems, particularly github, for tracking changes and collaboration




Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the software development lifecycle
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize processes

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in implementing and managing devops solutions
Solid programming skills in python for developing automation scripts
In-depth knowledge of version control systems, specifically github
Experience with containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (ci/cd) pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Solid communication and leadership skills

Other Requirements
DevOps certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) would be a plus
