Job Summary
As a FEA Expert in Structural FEA Simulations, Support design, FEA simulation, and validation of machine platforms for tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural/off-road vehicles.
Exp 5+ years
Conduct FEA simulations using ANSYS Workbench
Hands-on experience with FEA model setup, including meshing, material definition, boundary conditions, and load application
Apply contact, large deformation, and material plasticity modeling techniques to accurately predict structural behavior
Correlate FEA simulation results with physical test data, refining models to improve accuracy and confidence in simulation-based predictions.
Generate detailed engineering reports, including simulation setup, assumptions, boundary conditions, results, and compliance conclusions.
Familiarity with test instrumentation (strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors) and data acquisition systems.
Work with engineers in FEA simulation,



modeling best practices, and validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts involved in fea projects
Utilize abaqus and ansys software to conduct complex finite element analysis simulations
Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design enhancements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines
Stay updated on industry advancements in fea analysis, abaqus, and ansys techniques
Train and mentor junior team members in fea methodologies and best practices

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in finite element analysis (fea) methodologies
Robust experience in utilizing abaqus and ansys software for simulation and analysis
Knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering principles
Ability to interpret analysis results and derive actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team

Other Requirements
Qualified certification in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, or ANSYS is a plus
