Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software development. Proven experience building and maintaining large web applications and SaaS solutions. Solid proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework. Good understanding of RESTful architecture and WebAPI development. Experience with unit testing frameworks: NUnit, Moq, Jest. Proficiency in distributed version control systems: Git.
