About the Role

Bal Vidya Kendra Eduservices LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Business Head to lead and scale our School Franchise Business.

We are looking for a senior skilled who can take ownership of franchise growth, build and manage a strong business development team, drive franchise acquisitions, and oversee franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the School Franchise Business.
- Build, lead and manage the Sales & Business Development team.
- Drive franchise acquisition from lead generation to final closure.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve franchise growth targets.
- Manage franchise operations and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and drive long-term business growth.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in School/Education Franchise Business.
- Proven experience in franchise sales and team management .




- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of franchise business development and operations.
- Ability to independently manage and grow the franchise vertical.
- Relevant industry experience is mandatory.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred.

Compensation

₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + 5% incentive per franchise

Territory & Travel

Primary Territory: Uttar Pradesh, with opportunities across other states as required.

Travel Expenses: Provided by the company for official client meetings & business travel.
