Role Purpose:

Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and governance across manufacturing plants and sales operations.

This is a complete unit CFO role, responsible for ensuring financial health, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting sustainable business growth in a capital-intensive beverage manufacturing environment.

The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the MD and Board, contributing to long-term value creation while managing complex cost structures, supply chains, and regulatory requirements specific to the beverage/FMCG sector.

KEY DRIVERS:

Financial Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive growth and profitability.

Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across plant and sales operations.

Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS, GST, corporate tax laws, and other statutory requirements.

Manage internal and external audits and regulatory filings (including SEBI regulations, if applicable).

Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity.





Optimize capital structure and evaluate CAPEX and investment opportunities.

Strengthen controls over receivables, payables, and inventory management.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) /Fund Raising/IPO
Support strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansions.

Lead due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
5.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface with investors, lenders, auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Communicate financial performance, risks, and strategic plans clearly and effectively.

Monthly S&OP; process/Distributor & C&F; Management across 4 warehouses.

INCUMBENT:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/Beverage, with robust exposure to plant economics and co-packer models.

Exposure to Warehousing and S&OP; operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial software, and analytics tools
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting the beverage industry

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 75-80LPA ( AGE NOT >50)
