Job Summary
6+ Years of Experience in ETL/Data Integration using Informatica Cloud
Solid hold on ITIL processes like Incident Mgmt., Problem Mgmt to do Production Support.
Coordinate with Onsite Lead and provide regular updates on incidents
Work with Offshore Users and support them on migration related to IICS Issues
Atlassian Tools (Bit Bucket, Confluence, JIRA) working knowledge is must
Hands on Experience with SQL Server 2019+
Performance Tuning experience in ETL is added advantage
Fundamentals of API & Python
CRO Domain Knowledge on Clinical Labs Data Management is nice to have.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage informatica mdm, sql, oracle pl/sql, and python development projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
Develop and maintain data integration processes using informatica mdm and sql.
Utilize oracle pl/sql for database design, development, and performance tuning.




Implement python scripts for automation and data manipulation tasks.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope and timeline.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in informatica mdm, sql, oracle pl/sql, and python.

Skill Requirements
Robust proficiency in informatica mdm for data management and data quality.
Extensive experience with sql for database querying, data manipulation, and reporting.
Proficiency in oracle pl/sql for database design, development, and optimization.
Advanced knowledge of python programming for automation, scripting, and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Solid communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other Requirements
Relevant certifications in Informatica MDM, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or Python are a plus.
