Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Mangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, robust sourcing abilities, and preferably have experience in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with corporate hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.
Business Development hiring experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
Strong interpersonal & coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

-Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
