Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate sales or performance data from various sources.
Prepare incentive reports based on predefined incentive policies and structures.
Calculate monthly/quarterly/annual incentives accurately and in a timely manner.
Analyze performance trends and highlight discrepancies or data anomalies.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Finance teams for data reconciliation and approval of payout reports.
Ensure compliance with incentive policies and maintain documentation for audits.
Automate incentive calculation processes using Excel tools, macros, or BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports to support management decision-making.
Handle employee queries related to incentive payouts.
