About the role
Job Summary
The (Mechanical) Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing the design and development of mechanical systems and components. This role ensures the implementation of engineering strategies and influences technical practices. This job profile is intended for People Managers of more senior expert-level employees (P20–P40, M20).

Activities in charge:
• Manage the team that performs hydraulic and functional tests for centrifugal pumps
• Ensure that area safety guidelines are met
• Attention and follow-up with clients to provide technical support
• Implementation of continuous improvement projects




• Development of strategies for cost reduction, optimization, and productivity
• KPI's management
• Collaborate with the company's vision to achieve objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelors in engineering.
• Experience in metalworking, electrical, electronics.
• +5 years in management roles
• Previous experience in rotodynamic equipment
• Knowledge of Lean and problem-solving tools
• Robust leadership
• Customer and result oriented
• Fluent English
