Job Summary
Govern end‑to‑end vulnerability and patch management operations, including backlog tracking, prioritization, and SLA adherence.
Drive remediation execution by coordinating with AMS, resolver teams, product owners, and change management teams; act as the primary escalation point.
Prepare and deliver weekly and bi‑weekly vulnerability and patch management reports, including metrics, SLA compliance, risks, exceptions, and remediation plans.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, including automation, tool enhancements, reporting optimization, and integration with patch management processes.
Define and maintain a structured VMO Reporting & Governance Framework.
Perform overall vulnerability backlog and patch remediation project governance.
Ensure vulnerabilities are assigned to appropriate product owners and resolver teams within defined timelines.
Escalate risks, challenges, and SLA breaches to Munich RE management with explicit mitigation plans.
Coordinate vulnerability triage between AMS and other resolver teams.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
