Coordinate with customers & Vendor
Arrange and assign vehicles as per shipment requirements.
Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
Maintain trip, POD and shipment records.
Follow up on delays, shortages, damages and other delivery issues.
Communicate with clients and provide regular shipment updates.
Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of trips.
Positive communication and basic computer knowledge required.
Experience in logistics/transportation will be preferred.
