Job Summary
Job Description: Perform functional, system integration, and regression testing for Loan IQ–based lending applications. Understand commercial lending workflows including drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, fees, rollovers, repricing, and accruals. Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and functional specifications. Validate Loan IQ transactions across front office, middle office, and back-office processes. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM, and work closely with BAs, developers, and production support teams. Support UAT cycles, reconciliations, and production validation as required.

Key Skills:
Hands-on experience with FIS Loan IQ functional testing
Strong knowledge of commercial lending domain




Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
Positive understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle
Robust communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client/team to understand functional/design specifications, highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies, ensure the appropriate test settings and infrastructures are in place/kept up to date.
To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies/tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
