Tool Management: Selecting, installing, and managing cutting tools.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Documentation: Recording production data and maintenance logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Programming Skills: Experience with CNC/VMC programming (G & M codes).
Experience: Previous experience as a CNC or VMC Operator.
Mechanical Aptitude: Robust understanding of machining techniques.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certifications preferred.
