About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a quick-paced hiring environment, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non -IT, Sales Hiring, BPO, Customer Support, Tele calling, Sales, and Back Office positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.




Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with job consultants, placement agencies, and job fairs when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile
6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or bulk hiring.
Valuable understanding of recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia, or similar platforms.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
