What You'll Bring:
Technical Development:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and SQL. Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Write clean, productive, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.



Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

Impact You'll Make:
Mentorship & Guidance:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Share knowledge and promote continuous learning within the team. Contribute to a team-oriented and inclusive team culture.

Process & Quality:
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development and delivery. Ensure thorough testing and documentation of code. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
