Job Summary
The Automation Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions across IT and business processes. This role focuses on driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence through tools such as RPA, AI/ML, and workflow orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect scalable automation solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
• Assess processes for automation feasibility (RPA, scripting, AI-based automation)
• Lead solution design using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate
• Define automation frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Develop solution architecture documents (HLD, LLD)




• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ITSM, ERP, Cloud platforms)
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for automation deployments
• Drive automation roadmap, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership

Skill Requirements
• 10+ years of IT experience with solid exposure to automation/RPA solutions
• Expertise in at least one RPA tool (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)
• Robust knowledge of process analysis, orchestration, and workflow design
• Experience with AI/ML, OCR, chatbots, or intelligent automation
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, .NET, Java)
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and integrations
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Robust solutioning, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Other Requirements
• Certifications in RPA tools or cloud platforms
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise automation programs
• Exposure to frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps
