Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, inventory control, team management, and compliance. The role involves end-to-end ownership of stock planning, store efficiency, staff performance, and coordination with procurement, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Plan and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment
Oversee ERP-based inventory records and periodic stock audits
Analyze and reduce slow-moving/excess inventory

Store Operations
Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, proper labeling, and store organization
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and cost-effective operations

Team Management
Lead and train store supervisors/assistants
Allocate tasks,



monitor performance, and build SOPs

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain GRNs, stock registers, and audit records
Ensure policy/safety compliance and reconcile inventory with accounts

Coordination
Liaise with procurement, operations, and project teams
Handle vendor coordination and urgent material needs

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of store/warehouse experience, incl. supervisory experience
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Solid leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
