Job Summary:
Beige Café & Bakery is looking for a courteous and service-oriented Steward/Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth floor operations, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and patience
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service
Assist in billing and payment processing
Supervise junior stewards (for Captain role)



and ensure service standards are maintained

Requirements:
Prior experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant (preferred)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Well-groomed and presentable appearance
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications (for Captain):
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
Strong understanding of service standards and guest handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
