Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D concepts.
Meet clients to understand their requirement and provide design solutions.
Coordinate with Site engineers and project team
Ensure designs comply with building regulations and local authority guidelines.
Visit project sites for design coordination and execution support

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architect (B.arch)
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in residential construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, revit, or similar design Software.
Good Communication and Client-handling Skills.
