About the Role
Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of a reputed healthcare organization for an experienced Senior Operation Theatre (OT) Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate should have extensive OT experience and preferably be residing near Thiruninravur/Avadi or be willing to relocate nearby.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before surgeries.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team during procedures.
Ensure sterilization and proper handling of surgical instruments.
Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery.
Maintain OT records and follow infection control protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth OT operations.
Eligibility Criteria
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 1–5 years of OT experience.
Candidates staying in Thiruninravur, Avadi, or nearby areas will be preferred.
