Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and assist them in identifying their needs.
Provide detailed information about products, features, and advantages.
Recommend suitable products and upsell/cross-sell to maximize sales.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Store Operations
Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Assist in stock receiving, labeling, and merchandising activities.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.

Billing & Cash Handling
Process customer purchases through POS systems.
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments.
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.

Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product offerings,



promotions, and pricing.
Participate in product training sessions.
Educate customers on product usage and perks.

Reporting
Prepare daily sales reports.
Share customer feedback with management.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
