Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote our Weighing and Allied solutions to Builders, Architects, Construction & Infrastructure development Companies. The ideal candidate should have a solid network in the Construction and Real estate industry with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business prospects: Build relationships with Builders and construction companies to promote our Innovative Weighing solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Showcase the perks and features to potential opportunities.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, product knowledge,



and offering resolution.

Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the construction, real estate, or Infrastructure industry.
Strong Network & established relationships with builders, infrastructure development and construction companies.
Product knowledge: Familiarity with construction & building materials, construction machineries, earthmoving equipments, RMC plants and crushing equipments.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., salesforce.com) to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions.

Academic / Technical background:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
