Job Description
Desktop Support (windows installation, software installation, basic hardware issues troubleshooting)
VDI Support, ESXi support (knowledge of windows server – 2008,2012,2016, 2019)
Knowledge of VMware ESXi servers
Knowledge of O365 suite and support
Knowledge of troubleshooting of HP/Lenovo hardware issues
Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity issues)
Basic knowledge of configuration and managing CISCO Meraki devices (Switches, MX devices etc.)
Knowledge of activity directory, DNS, DHCE, Office 365 etc.
Installing and configuring client laptops
Responding to client IT support requests.
Meeting with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
Providing technical support in office or via remote-access systems.
Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Maintaining valuable client relations.
Tracking and managing work records.
