Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Chief Delight Officer to ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience. The role involves supervising daily restaurant operations, leading the service team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

 Supervise daily restaurant operations and support smooth service.

 Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.

 Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.

 Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.

 Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for seamless service.





 Assist in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.

 Maintain inventory and support stock management when required.

Requirements

 2–5 years of experience in a QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.

 Robust leadership and customer service skills.

 Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
