We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Affiliate Manager (CPS) to manage and scale international affiliate partnerships across multiple performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, campaign optimization, and strong knowledge of platforms like impact.com, CJ Affiliate, and other affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow CPS (Cost Per Sale) affiliate campaigns across international markets.
Handle onboarding, relationship management, and communication with affiliates/publishers.
Work closely with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks to drive campaign performance.
Monitor daily campaign performance, traffic quality, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve revenue and scaling targets.
Identify and onboard new publishers, influencers, cashback, coupon, content, and media partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for tracking, creatives, payouts, and campaign execution.




Prepare performance reports and share insights with management and clients.
Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines and fraud monitoring.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Admitad, Partnerize, Awin, or similar networks.
Strong understanding of CPS/CPL/CPA models.
Positive knowledge of international affiliate marketing trends and publisher categories.
Experience in campaign optimization, tracking links, attribution, and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced performance marketing setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Existing network with international affiliates/publishers is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or utility verticals preferred.
