Role & Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality music lessons aligned with IB DP standards to students in a classroom setting.
Design and implement engaging curriculum and assessment tools to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music education with other subject areas and school activities.
Engage with students, parents, and staff to support student development and address individual learning needs.




Keep up-to-date with IB DP music curriculum changes and pedagogical best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven experience teaching IB DP Music or equivalent high school music programs
Robust knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
Ability to design and assess curriculum according to IB standards
Relevant teaching certification or license
Preferred
Experience working in international schools or similar multicultural environments
Additional language proficiency is a plus
