Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting server settings, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Solid knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues affecting server and application performance.
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
