We are seeking an experienced Industrial Staff Nurse & FMO / Medical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and support to employees, conducting health assessments, and implementing wellness programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and emergency response capabilities. This is a full-time position that requires immediate joiners.

The Industrial Staff Nurse & FMO / Medical Officer will be responsible for providing first aid, CPR, and managing medical emergencies. They will also conduct health assessments and maintain medical records, implement wellness programs, and educate employees on health practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Health & Safety teams to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide consultation for seasonal illnesses and outpatient medical concerns.

They will also dispense OTC and symptomatic medications, prescribe medications as required, review annual health check-up reports, and provide qualified medical advice.

The Industrial Staff Nurse & FMO / Medical Officer will conduct routine health examinations,



recommend age-appropriate health screenings, manage major injury cases, and coordinate referrals to hospitals or specialists when necessary.

They will also consult and guide employees with chronic conditions, maintain employee health records while ensuring privacy and confidentiality, and supervise nurses in treatment protocols, medicine dispensing, record maintenance, and health education activities.

The successful candidate will ensure timely medicine indenting and inventory management, coordinate ambulance services during emergencies, and accompany employees until care is transferred.

They will also ensure biomedical waste management protocols and medical room compliance checklists are followed, conduct periodic health and safety awareness sessions for employees, and monitor workplace health and hygiene standards and report risks to management.

The Industrial Staff Nurse & FMO / Medical Officer will work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure a safe and healthy work setting.
