About the Role
Kalpvriksh Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated with market trends and company projects.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or customer service are preferred.
Age should be 35 years or below.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
