We are looking for a Senior Insurance Analyst who can deliver precision, speed, and expertise while supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client support who are looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Audit insurance applications and policy documents for accuracy
Manage policy and client data using systems such as HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, Applied Epic, Vertafore, and similar agency management platforms
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and clients via email, chat, and phone calls




Work across multiple commercial insurance lines including:
General Liability (GL)
Workers' Compensation
Commercial Property
Commercial Auto

Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance (BPO/KPO/Back-office)
Strong understanding of U.S. insurance workflows and agency management systems
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Based in Pune or willing to relocate
