We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Manager with proven experience in sourcing beauty and personal care products from OEM/ODM manufacturers and trusted suppliers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in identifying quality manufacturers, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing end-to-end sourcing for a wide range of beauty products.
Key Responsibilities
Source and develop reliable OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers for beauty and personal care products.
Identify current suppliers across India and international markets.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.
Develop private label and white-label beauty products under the company's brand.
Coordinate product development, packaging, labeling, and sampling.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, certifications, manufacturing standards, and quality systems.
Ensure products comply with Indian regulations and applicable cosmetic standards.
Work closely with product development, quality assurance, branding, and operations teams.
Monitor supplier performance, production schedules,
and delivery timelines.
Research market trends and recommend creative products and ingredients.
Optimize sourcing costs while maintaining premium product quality.
Maintain vendor database, quotations, costing sheets, and sourcing documentation.
