We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Telesales Executive to join our growing skincare brand. This is a voice-based customer advisory role where you'll interact with customers, understand their skincare concerns, recommend suitable products, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

What We're Looking For
6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Voice Process, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Customer Success.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion.
Familiarity with eCommerce order handling, CRM software, and MS Excel.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
