Key Responsibilities :-
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and referrals to find qualified applicants.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and salary expectations.
Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ATS Management: Update applicant data and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Job Posting: Drafting and posting job ads on social media and job boards.
Onboarding Support: Assist in sending offer letters, collecting documentation, and facilitating the joining process.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
