Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage the entire sales department at our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the education sector and a strong track record of achieving sales targets while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete sales department.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Monitor team performance and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
Build and maintain solid relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional clients.
Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.




Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
Prepare sales forecasts and present performance reports to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of sales experience in the education sector (mandatory).
Proven experience in handling an entire sales department and leading a sales team.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
