Job Description:
AUM Conversation Data Management:
Manage daily reporting and impact measurement.
Track and report the ratio of surrender to AUM.
Monitor and report surrender amounts in Cr.
Analyze ULIP retention rates across branches.
Level 2 Retention Management:
Ensure timely and accurate daily stop payouts.
Update L2 retention data weekly with a focus on TAT and accuracy.
Daily allocation of L2 data.
Validate monthly bills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Retention Tool Program Management:
Address retention tool queries and coordinate with vendor team for resolution.
Send daily MIS and conduct governance calls for tool usage.
Weekly review update and insights.
Coordinate monthly training sessions.
Compile and report retention champion data monthly.
Process Efficiency and Data Analysis:




Develop smart reporting systems to save person-hours.
Initiate and implement error-free processes.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Conduct VOC/VOE analysis and provide qualitative inputs.
Perform ad-hoc root cause analysis (RCA) with a focus on TAT and accuracy.
Conduct weekly reconciliations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with MIS tools and software.
Knowledge of financial services and retention management.
