We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department, responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of building and managing successful alliances, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Cluster Manager will be a key player in identifying, developing, and executing alliances that drive revenue and market share expansion. They will also be responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing the delivery of key alliance initiatives.
What does the job entail?
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen key alliances with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue current business prospects and partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform alliance development and management strategies.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and support to teams and individuals to ensure effective execution of alliance initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with key alliances, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform alliance development and management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across functions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other metrics to track alliance performance and progress.
