A Store Keeper cum Accountant is responsible for managing inventory and stock control while also handling basic accounting and financial record-keeping. This dual role ensures smooth operations in both warehouse management and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Storekeeping Duties
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records.
Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and secure storage of materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Accounting Duties
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts.





Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or Diploma in Store Management.
Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multitask between inventory and finance functions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Handle petty cash and support payroll processing if required.

Pay: ₹8,931.91 - ₹12,000.00 per month
