Assistant Professor – MBA Finance / MBA Marketing

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Assistant Professors to join our Management Department. We have openings for:
Assistant Professor – MBA Finance
Assistant Professor – MBA Marketing

The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring MBA students.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom lectures as per the university syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and academic content.
Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and student activities.
Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examination papers.
Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and overall progress.
Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, and college events.
Assist in curriculum planning and academic administration.
Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.
Contribute to institutional development and quality improvement initiatives.





Eligibility CriteriaEducation
MBA in Finance (for Finance Faculty)
MBA in Marketing (for Marketing Faculty)
NET/SET/Ph.D. is preferred as per university norms.

Experience
0–3 years of teaching experience in a college or university.
Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Finance or Marketing concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to academic excellence.
