Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a seasoned subject matter expert in various HR processes, including onboarding, perks administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Should have robust hands-on working experience on HRIS Platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Identifies opportunities for streamlining HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and implement best practices and cutting-edge solutions to optimize workflows and HR operations.
Ensures HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations,
and company policies.
Utilizes HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Accountable for organizational change initiatives within HR operations, providing guidance to employees during transitions.
Works across other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations.
Works on relevant HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
Performs any other related task as required.
