team as Check-in Executives at the airport. Position Overview: As a
Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for assisting
passengers with their check-in process at the airport. This
includes verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and
checking baggage. You will also be responsible for providing
excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
that passengers may have. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome
passengers at the check-in counter - Verify travel documents and
ensure they are valid - Issue boarding passes and baggage tags -
Weigh and tag baggage according to airline regulations - Assist
passengers with special needs or requests - Provide information on
flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Handle
and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional




manner - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth
check-in process - Maintain a clean and organized work area -
Adhere to all safety and security procedures - Complete all
necessary paperwork and reports accurately and on time
Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a quick-paced workplace - Basic computer skills -
Attention to detail - Ability to work flexible hours, including
weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy
baggage - Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus, but
