The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, validation coordination, and cross-functional leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end MES project delivery from planning through hypercare and handover.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change control.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, OT, IT, and vendors.
Drive governance, executive reporting, testing, validation readiness, and project financial tracking.

Support change management, training, cutover planning, and operational transition.
