Job Summary
Hands on experience on Fortigate and Checkpoint firewalls.
• 5/6 years of experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience in handling firewalls.
• Knowledge on Routing and Switching to perform end to end route check.
• Knowledge on Firewall administration and orchestration tools such as Tufin.
• Regular audit and review Firewall rules and configuration to ensure they align with organization security policy.
• Manage Firewall rules by identifying outdated, redundant or unnecessary rule to optimize security performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Firewall configuration, rule changes and re-certification process for audit and reference purpose.
• Collaborate with other teams such as Network operation, security operation and application owner to gather input, implement change and resolve any conflict if any issue arise.
• Good communication and presenting skills.
• Robust stakeholder engagement / Client Relationship Management.
• Very good attitude, good listener and adapter.
• Motivated and proactive and ready to take more challenges.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
