About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical business professional to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business management systems (CRM, ERP), and an interest in employee training and development. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to support company growth by driving process improvements, supporting system adoption, and aligning business needs with technology solutions, with specific interest in the Cost, Pricing, and Quoting environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize CRM and ERP processes for greater operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to CRM and ERP usage.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, observation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Support communication between business and implementation teams by gathering input, documenting needs, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Support ERP/CRM project integration initiatives including but not limited to user acceptance testing, validation, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for CRM and ERP inquiries.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor general usage, system performance, and business process efficiency.




• Develop and deliver training and onboarding programs to ensure effective CRM and ERP adoption and consistent usage.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support new process rollouts and tool adoption across all divisions and other Sulzer legal entities.
• Drive change management efforts to maximize user engagement and successful implementation of process improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend opportunities for automation, system integration, and enhanced tool utilization.
• Support lead generation activities within the CRM, including review, qualification, and handoff to Sales teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, preferably involving CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) systems.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
• Experience leading training sessions and delivering user support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and business analytics.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to act and work independently.
